It was a beautiful day following deep creek for miles. The sound of water flowing our entire day. After taking an hour lunch by a spring we could not resist taking a side trail to the water. It was hot and the alluring sound finally won us over.

We found are own private beach and before long I was sitting in a pool of cool water as two streams poured in around me. As we were still alone I laid my clothing on the rocks to dry and then found the perfect rock to allow my body to dry. Left with my own thoughts, the sound of rushing water around me, the sun drying my naked body, I felt perfectly in the moment with nature. I had once again found heaven on the PCT.

We finished the day hiking out of Deep Creek, went across a dam, and found a decent camp site next to a spring. Our day ended eating dinner while enjoying the sunset.
