Where is the Nomad?

This is where I am based on my last check in typically at the end of each day. The map should track all of my stop points for the entire duration of my Pacific Crest Trail thru-hike. I welcome you to find me on the trail, meet me at a road crossing, and say hello! I will also be forever in your debt if you do this with a cold beer, chips, fruit, and/or fresh veggies in hand! 🙂

You can adjust the map settings at the top where it says history to display the entire journey and each check-in.

About Stories from a Nomad

Alan Underkofler is a modern day nomad most happy when in a tent on a trail in the middle of no where. He inspires others by sharing his journey: the good and the bad, celebrations and woes, the authentic and the imagined. Read more here.
